Donation Policy

Rights 2 Success, Inc. is committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of every gift entrusted to our organization. Your generosity directly supports our mission of empowering youth and families through education, mentorship, leadership development, and community support.

How Donations Are Used

Donations received by Rights 2 Success support the organization's charitable mission and may be used to fund programs and services including, but not limited to:

Educational support and tutoring
College and career readiness
Mentorship programs
Leadership development
Community outreach initiatives
Youth and family support services
Operational expenses necessary to carry out our mission

Unless a donation is designated for a specific purpose and accepted as such by Rights 2 Success, all contributions are considered unrestricted and may be applied where the organization's leadership determines the need is greatest.

Secure Donations

Online donations are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

Rights 2 Success does not store complete credit card or payment information on its website or servers.

Tax-Deductible Contributions

Rights 2 Success, Inc. is organized as a nonprofit organization.

To the extent permitted by law, donations may be tax-deductible. Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of charitable contributions.

An electronic donation receipt will be provided for your records whenever possible.

Note: If Rights 2 Success has received IRS recognition as a 501(c)(3), this section can be updated to state:

"Rights 2 Success, Inc. is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law."

If that status is still pending or differs, keep the more general wording above until the founder confirms the organization's tax status.

Refund Policy

Rights 2 Success is grateful for every contribution received.

Donations are generally considered final and non-refundable.

However, if you believe a donation was made in error, was duplicated, or involved an unauthorized transaction, please contact us within 30 days of the donation date.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Recurring Donations

If recurring donations are offered, donors may cancel future recurring gifts at any time by contacting Rights 2 Success or by using the donor management tools provided through the payment processor, if available.

Cancellation of future donations does not automatically refund donations that have already been processed.

Donor Privacy

Rights 2 Success respects the privacy of every donor.

We do not sell, rent, or trade donor information to third parties.

Personal information collected during the donation process is used only to:

Process donations
Issue receipts
Maintain donation records
Communicate with donors regarding their gifts, when appropriate
